CPR Classes
We now offer Cpr classes and a full introduction to solids!
Starting solids is an exciting milestone, but it can also bring a lot of questions. Knowing when your baby is ready, understanding feeding options, and feeling prepared for infant safety can make a huge difference in how confident you feel during this transition.
Lavender Lactation is proud to collaborate with Revival Motherhood to offer a private 1:1 class designed to support families through the transition to solids with practical, evidence-based education and hands-on infant CPR guidance.
What This Class Covers
During this 60–90 minute private session, families will receive guidance on:
• Signs of readiness for starting solids
• When and how to introduce foods
• Understanding that breastmilk or formula remains baby’s primary source of nutrition through the first year
• Baby-Led Weaning (BLW) vs. purées
• Open cup and straw cup introduction
• Infant safety, including gagging vs. choking
• LifeVac education and discussion
• Hands-on infant CPR instruction and practice
Please note: This is a non-certification CPR class intended for educational purposes and caregiver preparedness.
Certificate classes are available too- please inquire for more information and price.
